Hi, I’m Ben! I’m a lifelong teacher, student of life, adventure athlete, Unified Mindfulness Certified Trainer, and ICF Professional Certified Coach, currently pursuing my master’s in counseling.
Through my own mindfulness practice, I’ve come to discover that within our deepest shared wound—the illusion of separateness—lies life’s greatest gift: the opportunity to joyfully rediscover, through direct experience, our deep interconnectedness and original completeness by learning about and practicing unconditional love.
As a coach and meditation teacher, this is the heart of what I offer: compassionate listening and a systematic approach to training attention, designed to help you uncover your inner wisdom and get out of your own way, so your life can unfold with greater ease. Through practice, you’ll learn to meet each moment with openness, curiosity, and love. From that space, you’ll resist less, grasp less, and more effortlessly collaborate with life—allowing the fullest expression of your highest self to blossom naturally and beautifully.
I’ve come to understand that, at its heart, mindfulness is the practice of unconditional love: love for ourselves, for one another, for the Earth, the cosmos, the great mystery, and for the perfectly complete present moment itself.

This practice—life’s great homework assignment—can be challenging, yes. But it can also be joyful, playful, magical, and even fun! The journey of blossoming into your fullest expression can be more spontaneous, more effortless, and more alive than you ever imagined. And the good news is—it’s trainable!
